in Partnership with MetaOps

We are pleased to offer you support in an innovative way that will help your company ignite improved profitability, speed, quality and customer satisfaction through deployment of Lean Six Sigma with the Lean Six Sigma Virtual Coach™ (LSSVC) in partnership with MetaOps, Incorporated.

Virtual support benefits from the LSSVC program

• Economical – support is virtual, in bite-sized pieces with no travel costs.
• Timely and frequent contact – at the frequency that best meets your needs.
• Customized content and activities – to meet your specific needs for project planning, project reviews, problem solving, or “deep dive” learning in a particular area of expertise.
• Minimally disruptive – we work at a pace and level of contact that takes into consideration other demands on your time.
• Constant contact - We are available virtually on a constant basis to collaborate on content for the next scheduled virtual meeting and to handle day-to-day questions, handle problem solving, and other ad-hoc activities.
• Training materials, forms, and templates are yours to use for your company’s internal use, and are provided in electronic form only.

How it works

• AvMarkets in conjunction with MetaOps will collaborate with you over the internet, by phone and by e-mail on the frequency that best meets your needs – ideally at least once every week.
• You will meet virtually by Voice Over IP (VoIP), Streaming Video and in a “virtual meeting room” accessed through the AvMarkets website on a scheduled interval, so that we can communicate with each other and work from the same documents. We can also communicate via a standard phone.
• We will capture the content in on-line web sessions so that you can review what is done or permit others to benefit who can’t attend live sessions.

Planning level of support for you

AvMarkets & MetaOps will assign a world-class expert to coach and support your company. Together you will work out the frequency and duration of virtual coaching sessions. During this time AvMarkets & MetaOps will address what has been decided collaboratively with your organization’s lead contact. Our coach will be in regular contact with your designated contact person to plan efforts together. The coach will do preparation for schedule meetings collaboratively, which is included in the pricing for support.

Fees and payment terms

Private LSS Coach Webinars sold by AvMarkets.
This is a mini educational event. You choose the topic.
Private (for a specific customer) webinars for up to 40 participants.

MetaOps LSS Virtual Coach Program Sold By AvMarkets.
This consulting is similar to service offered above but is geared toward actual project work or implementation of your project (i.e. Kaizen Events, Deploying LEAN)

Payment terms – You can take advantage of our incredible LEAN SIX SIGMA Virtual Coaching Class by purchasing consulting hours and paying by credit card, bank wire, or credit terms.

Our work is guaranteed. If we do not meet your objectives, and cannot meet them after your notification and an attempt to correct the shortcoming, we will refund your full fee for the month in question. This has been our commitment to our clients from the inception of our partnership.
